I am writing this letter on behalf of the Guelph Royal Association of the Deaf, (GRAD), which represents 101 members of the Deaf community in Guelph and its surrounding areas.
I am writing this letter to express GRAD's full support in the efforts of Nancy Barker, Gary Malkowski and Scott Simser in their quest for equal access in the movie theatres.
We agree with 100% captioning for all movies to allow Deaf and Hard of Hearing people to have equal rights to choose which movie they want to watch at whichever time is convenient for them, rather than being limited by what is currently available at this time.
